Location: GIFT City, Ahmedabad

Who are to looking to hire:

We seek a City Head / Sr. Manager / Manager for our GIFT City Office. The candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, business development, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders in our GIFT City, Ahmedabad office.

What will be your key responsibilities?

1. Operations Management:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the GIFT City office.- Implement and optimize efficient operational processes to enhance productivity and service delivery.- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks.

2. Regulatory knowledge

- Possess in-depth knowledge of GIFT City regulations and SEZ laws.- Stay informed about the latest developments in GIFT City and ensure the organization’s operations are in compliance.- Proactively monitor regulatory changes and industry trends affecting the GIFT City ecosystem, ensuring the company remains compliant and up-to-date.

3. Stakeholder Liaison:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, government agencies, and industry associations in GIFT City.- Act as the primary liaison between the company and external stakeholders to address concerns and ensure compliance with regulatory changes.

What are the key requirements for the role?

- Lawyers and Company Secretaries can apply- 6-8 years of working experience of which atleast last 2-3 years should be in GIFT City- Strong understanding of the regulatory framework and operational dynamics of GIFT City and SEZ laws- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage Business operations, generate revenue and manage PNL effectively.- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.- Take ownership of tasks, work independently, and manage time effectively.- Excellent communication and presentation skills
