Responsibilities:


- Lead the technical architecture and product management efforts for automotive products, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.


- Define and drive the development of Base Software (BSW) Platform components.


- Expertise in AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive platforms, ensuring compatibility and compliance with industry standards.


- Oversee BSW Connected Devices, Communication, and Reprogramming functionalities to ensure seamless integration and performance.


- Develop and implement strategies for System Health and Resource Monitoring to optimize product performance and reliability.


- Manage Network Management and Global Time Sync features to facilitate efficient communication and synchronization across automotive systems.


- Lead Automotive Diagnostics and Log-Trace efforts to enable effective troubleshooting and maintenance of automotive products.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Postural Comfort features into product design and implementation.


- Ensure robust Data Access capabilities, including sensors, actuators, internal data, and coordination of data requests and collection from stakeholders.


- Implement Global State Management mechanisms to maintain consistent system states across automotive products.


- Drive initiatives related to customer-facing Cybersecurity and Safety to enhance product security and compliance.


- Oversee the design and implementation of External Lighting systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and optimal performance.


Requirements:


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


- 8-16 years of experience in technical architecture and product management roles within the automotive industry.


- Proven expertise in Base Software (BSW) Platform development and AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive platforms.


- Strong understanding of BSW Connected Devices, Communication, and Reprogramming protocols.


- Experience with System Health and Resource Monitoring tools and methodologies.


- Proficiency in Network Management and Global Time Sync mechanisms.


- Familiarity with Automotive Diagnostics and Log-Trace techniques.


- Knowledge of Postural Comfort integration in automotive systems is desirable.


- Experience with Data Access strategies and coordination with stakeholders.


- Familiarity with Global State Management principles and implementations.


- Understanding of customer-facing Cybersecurity and Safety requirements in automotive products.


-Previous experience in designing and implementing External Lighting systems is a plus.


- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
