Understanding the training requirement from customers across the globe and sourcing the best training supplier in the market - Manage good working relationship with the training suppliers - Obtaining quotes from different suppliers and creating standard bid summary by assessing the quotes - Negotiate on the proposals from training suppliers to provide customers with the most competitive pricing in the market - Develop and deliver cost savings through implementing optimum sourcing strategies - Working with legal counsel to ensure that all contracts relating to product procurement contain all details of the negotiation - Coordinate multiple tasks and detailed activities in a time-intensive work environment - Correspond with customer and training partners for all training delivery related communications like dates and venue finalizing, registering the learner to training etc - Use a data driven approach to rationalize supplier base - Maintain data integrity among different systems internally - Identify opportunities for operational excellence and cost saving for customers - Follow best practice processes, and suggest Lean opportunities Interested please share your cv to ** NIIT is an equal opportunity employer.
