This transformative 5-year initiative will empower the Gladstone community through inclusive employment solutions. We are seeking a passionate, driven professional to join our Gladstone team as a Workforce Retention Consultant. In this newly created role,you will support clients after they start work, helping them to stay employed in the long term. What you will be doing: Retention Support and Planning, conduct workplace assessments to identify client support needs and develop targeted action plans Client and Employer Servicing, maintain regular contact with clients and employers to monitor progress and support needs Claims management, monitor earnings and hours and manage claim tracking Customised Employment, negotiate tailored opportunities with employers What you'll need to succeed: A passion for inclusive employment and a genuine commitment to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds Relevant experience in employment services, community engagement, recruitment, or workforce development Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you’ll be working with people from all walks of life Proven ability to build relationships with job seekers, employers, and community stakeholders Adaptability and initiative – this is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovation is encouraged Understanding of local labour markets and barriers to employment in regional communities. A current driver’s license and the ability to travel locally as required Why IMPACT?
