Job Description
Als sales manager trek je nieuwe klanten aan, onderhoud je sterke relaties en realiseer je verkopen over gans België. Jouw proactieve aanpak, je gedrevenheid en je resultaatsgerichtheid dragen bij tot het versterken van de groep.
  • je voert actieve prospectie om nieuwe klanten te identificeren en aan te trekken over gans België;
  • je behandelt aanvragen van prospecten en klanten;
  • je contacteert potentiële nieuwe klanten en stelt hen de organisatie voor;
  • je bouwt positieve klantenrelaties op waarbij je de vraag van de klant begrijpt en hierop adequaat reageert;
  • je maakt afspraken met nieuwe en gekende klanten;
  • je neemt actief deel aan beurzen en andere evenementen om de activiteiten van de organisatie te promoten;
  • je bewerkt de markt door de dienstverlening op relevante kanalen zichtbaar te maken;
  • je maakt offertes op en bezorgt deze aan de klant. Je volgt ze verder op. Bij zeer technische projecten word je ondersteund door de projectleider.
  • je werkt naar verkoopdoelstellingen en targets.

Vereisten
  • je hebt een gedegen ervaring binnen sales opgedaan;
  • je bent proactief, gedreven en resultaatsgericht;
  • je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden;
  • je haalt energie uit het behalen van verkoopdoelen;
  • technische kennis is een groot voordeel;
  • naast het Nederlands heb je een vlotte kennis van het Frans. Kennis Duits is een pluspunt.
