Job Title: Shakes Maker / Beverage Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Shakes Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of milkshakes, smoothies, and other beverages, ensuring top-notch quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare milkshakes, smoothies, cold coffees, and other beverages as per recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate blenders, mixers, and other beverage-making equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, well-stocked, and stored hygienically.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at the workstation and equipment.
• Take and process customer orders promptly and courteously.
• Suggest new flavors, toppings, or seasonal specials to enhance the menu.
• Monitor inventory and inform management about low stock or supply needs.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
• Assist in setting up and closing beverage counters as per operational requirements.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Shakes Maker, Barista, or in a similar F&B role preferred (freshers may also apply).
• Basic knowledge of milkshake/smoothie preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with moderate lifting (up to 10–15 kg) for stocking ingredients.
