**Job Title**: Shakes Maker / Beverage Specialist

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare milkshakes, smoothies, cold coffees, and other beverages as per recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate blenders, mixers, and other beverage-making equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, well-stocked, and stored hygienically.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at the workstation and equipment.
- Take and process customer orders promptly and courteously.
- Suggest new flavors, toppings, or seasonal specials to enhance the menu.
- Monitor inventory and inform management about low stock or supply needs.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
- Assist in setting up and closing beverage counters as per operational requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Shakes Maker, Barista, or in a similar F&B role preferred (freshers may also apply).
- Basic knowledge of milkshake/smoothie preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable with moderate lifting (up to 10-15 kg) for stocking ingredients.
