Job Overview


This is a full-time position located in Bangalore and Chennai. The Area Sales Manager - Horeca will be responsible for managing the sales activities in the Horeca segment within the Bangalore and Chennai regions. The role requires excellent sales and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar sales role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good knowledge of the Horeca industry and market trends.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within Bangalore and Chennai regions.
  • Valid driver's license.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets in the Horeca segment.
  • Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and knowledge.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales performance.
