Role Overview:

Company is seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Shalimar Bagh. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the garment industry and a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, client engagement, and order management. This role is pivotal in driving revenue through proactive client communication and efficient sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from retailers, wholesalers, and distributors


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients


• Present product catalogs, pricing, and offers effectively over phone, email, and WhatsApp


• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment


• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools


• Support marketing campaigns and promotions by engaging clients and upselling


• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the management

Preferred Candidate Profile:


• 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in garments, textiles, or fashion retail


• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English


• Familiarity with garment categories, fabrics, and seasonal trends


• Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools


• Energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable with fast-paced environments
