Production Manager

• Develop detailed production plans, budgets, and timelines based on client orders, specifications, and stock levels.
• Plan workflow, allocate resources, and schedule production activities to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Monitor production status daily, identify delays, and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Lead daily production meetings to track progress and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and customer specifications in all finished products.

Operations & Reporting

• Oversee MIS reporting and prepare daily departmental updates for management review.
• Manage sub-vendor development and ensure timely supply of materials and components.
• Ensure smooth coordination across production, planning, quality, and design teams.
• Determine equipment, materials, and manpower requirements to meet production targets.
• Resolve operational issues promptly; escalate unresolved concerns to senior management.

Team Leadership & HR Support

• Manage and mentor a team of production, quality, and design officers.
• Support employee hiring, training, performance evaluation, retention, and termination activities.
• Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across the plant.

Pay: ₹65, ₹75,159.23 per month
