Factory Supervisor @ Furniture Manufacturing

Supervise and coordinate production activities.
- Manage and lead the production team.
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
- Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed.
- Maintain product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures.
- Conduct inspections and address quality issues.
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Conduct safety training and address safety concerns or incidents.
- Manage and optimize the use of equipment and resources.
- Schedule maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Encourage employee involvement in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate clear communication between departments.
- Prepare reports on production performance and provide updates to management.
- Oversee inventory levels and collaborate with procurement teams.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and troubleshoot problems.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
