We are seeking a mid to senior-level ServiceNow eBonding Developer to lead and support integrations between ServiceNow and various ITSM platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow, API-based integrations, and experience working in domain-separated environments. The ideal candidate will be capable of operating independently with guidance, driving implementation efforts, and troubleshooting complex integration issues across systems. Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain eBonding integrations between ServiceNow and external ITSM platforms.  Lead implementation of eBonding solutions, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.  Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors across systems to ensure data accuracy and performance.  Support and enhance the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, business rules, and custom scripts.  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integration requirements are met.  Work effectively in a domain-separated ServiceNow environment.  Operate independently while managing priorities and delivering high-quality solutions.  Qualifications Proven experience with ServiceNow , especially in integration and platform support.  Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.  Experience with ONEiO or similar integration platforms is highly desirable.  Familiarity with other ITSM platforms (, BMC Remedy, Cherwell, Jira Service Management) is a plus.  Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.  Experience working in domain-separated environments .  ServiceNow certifications (, Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) preferred.  Excellent communication and documentation skills.  Experience in managed service provider environments is a plus.
