Job Description
  • Achieve revenue targets by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals for the territory.
  • Interact with doctors to generate prescriptions and increase brand visibility within the region.
  • Develop and manage new and existing collection centres and other infrastructure.
  • Standardize the franchisee model, including infra layout, branding, marketing, and launch strategies.
  • Provide support to existing branches through marketing initiatives and brand building activities.
  • Engage franchisee partners and ensure they are target oriented.
  • Keep abreast of market intelligence and suggest service improvements to superiors.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the territory.

Requirements
  • Any Graduate with a minimum of 1 year’ experience in Diagnostic/Pharma /wellness sales.
  • Must have a two-wheeler, good communication and selling skills, and sound market knowledge.

Requirements
5 - 8 years of experience in sales management. Must have at least 3yrs. diagnostic experience with significant B2C business driving contribution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams for achieving stretch goals. Spotting potential B2C sales opportunities and working closely with Marketing to organize consumer facing activities.
