Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick growing environment. Our Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. You must be comfortable making calls, working with the Sales and Marketing team, generating interest, qualifying prospects and account management.


Responsibilities:

• Manage 2 – 3 client accounts, to support the Account Manager’s team.

• Provide at least 25 new leads as to finding new potential clients per week.

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

• Maintain and expand your database of prospects.

• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

• Understand customer needs and requirements.

Qualifications:

Musts:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field, or relevant experience or education

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an English level of C1 (Advanced) or C2 (Native) in both oral and written abilities.

• Self-motivated, with experience working in a remote setting.

• Excellent organizational skills

• Strong communication skills, written and spoken.

• Strong willingness to learn.

• Excellent personal presentation.

• Great listening and customer service skills.

• Provide feedback to management on sales processes and product improvements.

• Proven inside sales experience, 1 - 3 years

Plus:

• Experience in the digital media, social media, or content creation sectors.

• Strong understanding of digital content trends, monetization strategies, and social media platforms.

• Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, demonstrating excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Experience working at start-up companies
