Key ResponsibilitieEnsure that Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe mannerProvide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication on Data Science and execution for complex problemsPlan, coordinate, and oversee all technical aspects of our AI projects. Ensure that project goals align with the company’s objectives and meet the needs of our stakeholdersDesign and implement data-driven solutions using Microsoft Azure’s tools and services, such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory and Azure databases or Fabric implementation. Ensure these solutions are scalable, reliable, and secureDevelop and implement sophisticated AI models to solve complex business problems. Use these models to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-makingLead a talented team of data scientists working in multiple regions. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growthWork closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and challenges. Leverage your expertise to provide data-driven AI solutions that address these issuesLeverage large volumes of data from various sources to extract meaningful insights. Present these insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholdersDrive feedback loop for the models implemented in production using metrics to ensure our whole ML Ops pipeline is effective and continuously refreshed with the right data set and algorithmsStay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, GenAI space and cloud computing.

ce.10+ years working in the IT industry with 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role preferredDeep understanding of statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and big data technologies. Proven experience in deploying machine learning models into productionExperience with Microsoft Azure and its suite of data science tools is crucial. This includes but is not limited to Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Services, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learningExperience with SQL, NoSQL databases and Data Fabric architecturesFamiliarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop and SparkExperience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, Tensorflow or Scikit-learn.Knowledge of deep learning and neural networks. Experience with utilizing GenAI LLMs in PythonStrong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholdersAbility to lead and mentor junior data scientistsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.Ability to translate complex findings into a compelling narrative for non-technical stakeholdersCertifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate will be preferr
