Job Title: Marketing and Branding Specialist - Real Estate
Location: Bangalore
Experience : 6 to 7 Years
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Branding Specialist to join our team in the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth across our key markets in Bangalore, Tirupati, and Goa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Collaborate with management to create a 360-degree marketing strategy tailored to the real estate sector.- Marketing Leadership: Drive our marketing strategy through public relations, social media, demand generation, inside sales, go-to-market strategies, and channel marketing activities.- Digital Marketing: Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Focus on budgeting, resource strategy, and financial planning to enhance brand awareness.- Budget Management: Oversee the preparation and monitoring of the annual marketing budget, including events, advertisements, promotions, social media campaigns, online subscriptions, and new marketing projects.- Market Analysis: Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information to identify opportunities affecting sales and profitability.- Forecasting and Analysis: Conduct qualitative and quantitative forecasting analyses to guide investment decisions and strategic reviews for market expansion.- Marketing Strategy Implementation: Research, develop, and implement marketing strategies and tactics to drive competitive advantage.- Local Market Opportunities: Capitalize on unique in-market opportunities to generate qualified leads, increase local market brand awareness, and establish thought leadership platforms.- Product Marketing Support: Support key product marketing activities including defining value propositions, conducting market intelligence, ensuring competitive differentiation, and developing marketing strategies.- Launch Planning: Plan and execute new product launches, including lifestyle villas, and implement comprehensive communication strategies.- Go-to-Market Strategies: Investigate potential target segments, identify opportunities, develop engagement models, sales plans, and collateral to drive growth and visibility.- Brand Management: Be accountable for brand visibility, building brand equity, and setting up and monitoring lead generation channels along with managing the marketing budget.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing within the Real Estate sector.- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).- Excellent budget management and financial planning abilities.- Ability to analyze market trends and forecast future market developments.- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in public relations and media communication.- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
