Role Brief:
This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the helm of HR operations, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management for the Delhi team while also overseeing compliance for a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll management, combined with the ability to create an engaging workplace culture. As a key business partner, you will collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with the company’s goals, contributing directly to TII’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with the company’s operational goals and long-term vision.
Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Statutory Compliance and Plant Oversight
Monitor and manage statutory compliance for the Haryana manufacturing plant, ensuring adherence to labour laws and regulatory requirements.
Provide oversight to plant HR activities through close coordination with the site HR team, ensuring smooth operations and compliance excellence.
Liaise with external agencies and internal teams to maintain compliance and address any legal or regulatory concerns.
HR Operations
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the Delhi office, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit processes.
Enforce HR policies and handle employee grievances to foster a positive work culture.
Support the implementation of performance management systems and learning and development programs.
Payroll Management:
Take full ownership of payroll management for Delhi-based employees, ensuring timely salary disbursement and accurate ESI, PF filings, and challan generation.
Address payroll-related queries and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with applicable tax and labor laws.
Continuously improve payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in HR is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
Expertise in labour laws and statutory compliance for manufacturing facilities.
Strong proficiency in payroll management, including ESI, PF filings, and related processes.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
