For more information, visit the JobThe candidate will be responsible for solutioning frontend for Randstad RiseSmart's innovativeOutplacement and Talent mobility solutions.
As a member of the Backend team, you will● Develop and Maintain Scalable Services: Design, implement, and maintainserver-side logic to create efficient and reliable backend services that support web andmobile applications.● Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with front-end developers,product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate user-facing elements withserver-side logic and ensure alignment with business requirements.● Contribute to Code Quality and Best Practices: Participate in code reviews, upholdsoftware quality standards, and advocate for best practices such as continuousintegration, testing, and deployment strategies.● Implement Security and Data Protection: Develop secure APIs and integrate bestpractices for data protection and access control to ensure compliance and safeguarduser data.● Optimize Performance: Analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance ofexisting systems to meet high availability and scalability standards.
What You Will Need● Work Experience : BE/BTech/MCA with 2 years of experience with excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.● Proficiency in Backend Development: Strong knowledge of Java, Springbootand microservice architecture to develop robust backend services andapplications.● Experience with Databases: Familiarity with both relational databases (e.g.,MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) fordesigning and optimizing data storage solutions.● Understanding of API Development: Experience building secured RESTfulAPIs for seamless communication between client and server.● Knowledge of Version Control Systems: Proficiency in using version controltools like Git to manage and collaborate on code effectively.● Familiarity with Cloud Services and Deployment:(Good to have) Hands-onexperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) andcontainerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying and managingscalable applications.
