About the Job

The candidate will be responsible for solutioning frontend for Randstad RiseSmart's innovative

Outplacement and Talent mobility solutions.


As a member of the Backend team, you will

● Develop and Maintain Scalable Services: Design, implement, and maintain

server-side logic to create efficient and reliable backend services that support web and

mobile applications.

● Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with front-end developers,

product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate user-facing elements with

server-side logic and ensure alignment with business requirements.

● Contribute to Code Quality and Best Practices: Participate in code reviews, uphold

software quality standards, and advocate for best practices such as continuous

integration, testing, and deployment strategies.

● Implement Security and Data Protection: Develop secure APIs and integrate best

practices for data protection and access control to ensure compliance and safeguard

user data.

● Optimize Performance: Analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance of

existing systems to meet high availability and scalability standards.


What You Will Need

● Work Experience : BE/BTech/MCA with 2 years of experience with excellent verbal and

written communication skills.

● Proficiency in Backend Development: Strong knowledge of Java, Springboot

and microservice architecture to develop robust backend services and

applications.

● Experience with Databases: Familiarity with both relational databases (e.g.,

MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) for

designing and optimizing data storage solutions.

● Understanding of API Development: Experience building secured RESTful

APIs for seamless communication between client and server.

● Knowledge of Version Control Systems: Proficiency in using version control

tools like Git to manage and collaborate on code effectively.

● Familiarity with Cloud Services and Deployment:(Good to have) Hands-on

experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and

containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying and managing

scalable applications.
