Venue: Infotech center - IGT Solutions , Ground floor , 1140 old Delhi Gurgaon road- Sector 22A


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about banking products and services.
  • Process transactions and maintain customer records.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and offer tailored solutions that add value to their banking experience
  • Develop a deep understanding of our banking products and services to identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs and preferences


  • Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree/ Graduation must
  • Prior experience in customer service or banking is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
  • Basic computer skills.
