Brewtal is a company based in Bengaluru that has invented a tea vending machine to provide home-style, flavorful tea for Indian offices. The machine crafts tea by boiling, using real masalas, and allows users to choose their preferred tea-milk ratio. Brewtal is committed to providing tea lovers with their preferred taste and is passionate about delivering high-quality tea to offices.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Relationship Executive at Brewtal. This is a field role and would require significant time out-of-office. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, maintaining relationships, providing excellent customer service, and managing client relations. Effective communication skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with administrative staff to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Conduct regular visits to customer sites to monitor satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Communicate regularly with admin and pantry staff to gather feedback and ensure the smooth operation of our machines.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to existing customers.
- Maintain comprehensive account details
- Log and manage customer complaints, ensuring they are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the repair team to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of any technical issues.
- Work closely with the sales team to align on customer needs and coordinate efforts.
- Coordinate and organize demo sessions & installations
