ABOUT SUN MOBILITY SUN Mobility is a joint venture between SUN Group and Maini Group, who are pioneers in electric mobility and clean energy. It is co-founded by Chetan Maini, founder of India's first electric car, Reva (now Mahindra Reva) and Uday Khemka, Vice Chairman of SUN Group, two of India's well-established leaders in the new energy economy. Our business model separates the battery from the vehicle making EVs financially viable for the first time. The modular Smart Batteries are smaller, lighter, and swiftly swappable confronting long-charging time. The strength of our intelligent and connected batteries along with our Quick Interchange Station Network, creates a convenient refuelling infrastructure, faster and cheaper than existing fossil fuel pumps for ICE vehicles. SUN Mobility is looking for a sharp candidate as the Head of its Battery Diagnosis & Repair Centre. The candidate must be analytically strong, with high EQ and be process oriented. Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Technical Project Manager with a strong background in .Net technologies, Azure DevOps, and Azure Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget that are aligned with strategic direction and long-term goals of Sun Mobility. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as deep technical expertise. Qualification & Experience: A bachelor's degree in engineering/MCA degree is a must. A desirable candidate should have approximately 5 years+ experience in project management activities. Roles & Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor and track project progress, managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and other technical staff. Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members. Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, ensuring best practices are followed in .Net development, Azure DevOps, and Azure Cloud implementation. Conduct code reviews and technical assessments. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies1. Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and take proactive measures to address them. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of the deliverables by implementing comprehensive testing and validation processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements and best practices in project management and technical execution. Skills & Expertise: Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a focus on .Net technologies, Azure DevOps, and Azure Cloud2. Proficiency in .Net programming languages (C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core) and tools. Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services and solutions. Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) is a plus Note : Looking for Immediate Joiners
