Job Description – Executive Assistant
Location: Hybrid – Remote with occasional in-person presence in Noida (1–2 days/week or as required)
About the role
Recruiting Genie LLP is a founder-led recruitment firm specializing in fast, transparent, and agile hiring solutions for startups and growing businesses. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/PersonalAssistant to work directly with the Founder (Founder's Office).
This role requires prior experience supporting senior leadership, with strong capabilities in coordination, communication, and multi-tasking. You will act as the Founder's right hand, ensuring smooth execution of both business and personal priorities. The position covers recruitment support, client coordination, research, business development support, operations, and personal assistance — all with a high level of trust and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
· Executive & Founder Support – managing calendar, scheduling, travel (in/out of city), and coordination of professional & personal commitments — mostly virtual, with in-person presence as required for meetings, events, or sensitive tasks.
· Recruitment Coordination – assisting in sourcing, screening, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
· Client Assistance – drafting JDs/proposals, handling emails, scheduling, and follow-ups.
· Research & Reporting – market research, competitor analysis, and preparing decision-making reports.
· Content & Branding – preparing LinkedIn posts, mailers, and basic marketing material.
· Business Development Support – researching potential clients, maintaining leads database, drafting outreach emails/messages, and following up on warm leads (under Founder's guidance).
· Operations & Admin – expense tracking, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For
· Graduate (any stream) with 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant.
· Proven experience in supporting senior leadership or founders in startups, consulting firms, or SMEs.
· Strong English communication (spoken & written).
· Skilled in MS Office/Google Workspace and digital tools.
· Highly reliable, discreet, and able to manage confidential information.
· Organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced founder-led environment.
· Based in or willing to travel occasionally to Noida/Delhi NCR for in-person meetings.
· Comfort with handling both business and personal assistance tasks.
