Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring primary delivery responsibility for all issues or any change request for one or more Oracle Fusion solutions assigned

• Ensure daily monitoring of quality KPIs to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches

• Provide expert technical solution for any requirement or issue

• Ensure updated documentation for primary solutions

• Mentor back-ups / freshers in primary support module

• Learn 1 or more Oracle Fusion solutions and act as back-up whenever required

• Provide standby or back-up support whenever required

• Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required

Required Technical Skills:

•Atleast 5 years implementation / AMS experience in any of Oracle Fusion HCM modules like Core Human Resources, Onboarding, Absence Management, Performance Management, Goals Setting, Compensation, Payroll Interface with SAP.

•Experienced with designing and implementing integrations using pre-built adapters such as REST, SOAP, database and technology adaptors

•Developing Side Letters (Legal and Compliance), Personalization (UI Adaptation), Translations (Multilingual Deployment)

•BIP Reporting and Bursting BIP reports

•HCM Extracts for Third Party Integration, Inbound / Outbound Interfaces, Data Migration using HDL.

•Develop OTBI reports

•Worked on Approval Workflows, Process Scheduling and Alerts

•Worked on Oracle Fast formulas

•Previous experience using JIRA / Confluence tool is a plus

Qualifications

Qualifications:

•Any Graduation or higher in computer ,Information Technology, or any IT degree

•B.Sc(IT),MCA,B.Tech,B.Sc(Com)

•Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members

•Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
