Job Description

Role:

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for efficient financial operations.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation. - Continuously evaluate accounting processes and systems, implementing efficiency measures.
  • Contribute to financial forecasts and annual budget planning.
  • Assess financial risks and implement strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Requirements


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (a understanding of us accounting will be a plus)
  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar financial leadership role (7 to 10 years).
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide a team.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books is mandatory.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Outcomes:
  • Financial statements, reports, and budgets are prepared accurately and analyzed effectively.
  • Efficient management of cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Financial analysis provides valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

Additional Details:

  • Working Hours: Mon-Sat, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
  • Salary Range: Starts from INR 60,000/month, based on candidate's work experience and skills.
  • Location: South Delhi. Hybrid option also available.

Requirements
• Experience & Skills Prior experience as a office administrator or a showroom manager, ideally at a similar company. Bachelors Degree Excellent communication skills. Technological Savvy Have Dependable Transportation, preferably own a car.
