About the Role:

The Head of Cloud Service Design will lead the development and implementation of innovative cloud service designs, ensuring that our cloud offerings meet both the technical and business requirements of our clients. This role requires a creative and technically adept leader who can bridge the gap between technology and user experience, driving the design of user-centric cloud solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Service Design Leadership :

Develop and oversee the cloud service design strategy, ensuring it aligns with the business's objectives and customer needs.

Lead the design of scalable and secure cloud services, integrating the latest technologies and industry trends.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to translate business needs and customer feedback into technical requirements and service designs.

Work closely with the IT architecture and operations teams to ensure that the service designs are feasible and can be seamlessly integrated into existing systems.

User Experience and Innovation :

Champion the integration of user experience (UX) design principles into all cloud services to ensure they are user-friendly and meet market demands.

Drive innovation in cloud service offerings through research and application of emerging technologies and methodologies.

Quality Assurance and Best Practices :

Establish and maintain design standards, templates, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in all cloud service designs.

Oversee the implementation of best practices in service design and delivery, including service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.

Team Management and Development :

Lead and mentor a team of service designers and cloud architects.

Foster a collaborative and empowering team environment that encourages growth, accountability, and exceptional service delivery.

Stakeholder Management :

Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver updates, and align service design strategies with broader business objectives.

Effectively communicate service design concepts and decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Certifications:

Minimum of 10 years in IT and service design, with substantial experience in cloud services.
