You will be responsible for sourcing and designing high-quality images for menu items, chef profiles, and promotional materials that align with our premium brand positioning. The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp of graphic design principles, as well as proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and update catalogs of menus, images, and profiles for chefs, bartenders, and caterers.
Design and curate visually appealing images, graphics, and layouts for menu items and promotional content.
Ensure the visual presentation of all content aligns with brand guidelines and premium standards.
Collaborate with chefs and vendors to source updated menus and images, and to design promotional materials.
Maintain accuracy in pricing, offers, and availability of services on the platform.
Use Excel to manage, organise, and analyse data related to service providers, availability, and sales.
Create and update graphic assets for digital catalogs, social media, and website content.
Provide input on creative direction for online and offline promotional materials.
Coordinate with service providers to ensure regular profile updates and accurate representation of offerings.
Assist the marketing team with graphic design needs for campaigns and events.
Generate Excel reports to track performance of catalog items, customer preferences, and visual content engagement.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
Ability to source and curate high-quality images for menus and promotional content.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in catalog management or content curation is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with chefs, bartenders, caterers, and the internal team.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with content management systems (CMS) for catalog updates.
Prior experience in hospitality, food services, or event management.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media design trends.
