Job Description:

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Conceptualize and execute visuals based on requirements
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  • Work with the art director/design manager and marketing team to produce design solutions
  • Test graphics across various channels
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and as per the brand guidelines
  • The individual should also be able to work with teams for implementation of designs. Requirements may include logos, layouts, screen compositions, illustrations and design for animations, user interfaces, websites, marketing material and similar, and iterations of the same in line with feedback.
  • You must possess strong composition, colour and design, typography and layout skills.
  • Must have good awareness of design trends, what is current in advertising and graphic design, and good knowledge of tools and technology.


Responsibilities :

  • Understand creative briefs; prepare rough drafts and present concepts, graphics and layouts.
  • Visualize and execute the look and feel for projects in line with the brief and as per brand guidelines.
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design so ftware.
  • Work as part of a team with graphic designers, visualisers, motion graphic artists, anima tion artists, etc.
  • Must have excellent aesthetic sense


Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient and have up-to-date knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Must have 3+ years of work experience in Advertising/Design/Digital Marketing Agency
  • Additional Software Skills (an added plus) : Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier
  • Highly proficient in all design aspects.
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
  • Good portfolio and proven graphic designing experience.
  • A bachelors degree with Art/Graphic/Design background
