Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Service ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the field service strategy and drive service growth at the respective unit level. Each day, you will lead the Service organization and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources. You will also showcase your expertise by running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification business in Service division at Nashik, India.You will be mainly accountable for: Creating and driving implementation of Field service strategy as a member of the management team.Ensuring that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses.Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring of performance targets .satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).Investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.Our team dynamics Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there.Qualifications for the roleYou are highly skilled in customer service in switchgear businessYou have 20 to 25 years of experience in develop and execute service strategies aligned with business goalsYou have strong technical expertise on LV and MV Switchgear portfolioPossess an enhanced knowledge of Data Center, Relays, Switchgear, Grid Components and Solutions service executionYou are passionate about Care, Modernization and AdvisoryDegree in Electrical engineering (should be full-time)You are at ease communicating in English, Hindi and MarathiWhat's in it for you?We give you the space to lead, the support to grow, and the chance to make a difference.
