Job Position : Food Technologist Intern

Location : Ambattur

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new food products or modify existing ones to meet consumer demands and market trends.
  • Conduct research to identify and evaluate new ingredients, processing techniques, and packaging solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality assurance, and marketing to ensure product development goals are met.
  • Design and execute experiments and trials to optimize product formulations, shelf-life, and sensory attributes.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations and consumer testing to assess product acceptability and preference.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the product development process.
  • Monitor and analyze production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
  • Develop and maintain product specifications, documentation, and records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff on new product launches and process improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to food product development.

Requirements:

  • Master' s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
