Job Title: Service Now Technical Consultant Location: Bhubaneshwar / Kochi Engagement Type: Long-Term Contract with potential for client hire after 6 months About the Role We are looking for experienced Service Now Technical Consultants to join a large-scale, long-term program with a leading global client. The role involves supporting, enhancing, and optimizing the Service Now platform across multiple modules. Required Skills & Experience 4–12 years of hands-on technical expertise in Service Now. Strong knowledge of Service Now development (Java Script, workflows, business rules, client scripts, integrations). Experience in at least one or more modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, HRSD, FSM. Exposure to Service Now integrations with third-party applications/tools. Service Now certifications (CSA, CIS in ITSM/ITOM/other modules) preferred. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
