We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with a strong background in Trading, Warehouse Management, and Logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance, managing inventory and logistics-related accounts, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger.
  • Manage accounting processes for trading activities, including purchase, sales, stock movement, and margin tracking.
  • Implement and monitor inventory accounting, warehouse stock audits, and valuation of goods.
  • Handle logistics-related accounting such as freight, customs duty, transportation charges, and vendor payments.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and review MIS reports, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor cost efficiency in warehousing and logistics operations, suggesting improvements.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely financial entries and stock accuracy.
  • Lead and mentor the accounts team for smooth operations.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Implement and optimize ERP/Accounting systems for trading and logistics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/ICWA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in trading, warehouse management, or logistics sector.
  • Strong understanding of trading margins, stock valuation, landed cost calculations, and logistics accounting.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/Accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, SAP, or similar).
  • Good knowledge of taxation, compliance, and statutory filings.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in international trading and import/export documentation.
  • Knowledge of supply chain finance and working capital management.
  • Exposure to Zoho Finance Suite or advanced ERP platforms.

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
