Key ResponsibilitiesHR Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives.Design policies and processes to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionOversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent.Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.Employee Engagement & Culture BuildingFoster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Plan and execute employee engagement programs and activities.Learning & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and oversee the creation and delivery of development programs.Monitor career progression and succession planning.Performance ManagementDrive the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers and employees.Establish KPIs and track individual and team performance.Compensation & BenefitsOversee payroll and administer employee benefits programs.Benchmark compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.Develop policies on workplace safety, grievance redressal, and other HR regulations.HR Technology & AnalyticsImplement and manage HRIS systems to streamline HR operations.Utilize data analytics for workforce planning and decision-making.
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.5+ years in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR software and tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
