Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hub Spot Intern with strong communication skills and a talent for cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in keeping teams aligned, ensuring deliverables are on track, and independently managing operational workflows. Prior experience with Hub Spot, Excel, and working in fast-paced environments is essential. Job Responsibilities: Serve as the operational point of contact for Hub Spot-related tasks across departments. Ensure smooth execution and tracking of marketing and sales deliverables. Maintain alignment between teams by facilitating communication and syncing progress updates. Use Hub Spot for campaign setup, contact management, reporting, automation workflows, and performance tracking. Prepare and maintain reports using Excel to support business insights and operational planning. Proactively identify gaps, delays, or misalignments and take initiative to resolve them. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks. Requirements: 1+ years of experience working with Hub Spot in an operational, marketing, or sales support capacity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across teams. Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized. Proficiency in Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting). Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently. Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
