Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HubSpot Intern with strong communication skills and a talent for cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in keeping teams aligned, ensuring deliverables are on track, and independently managing operational workflows. Prior experience with HubSpot, Excel, and working in fast-paced environments is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the operational point of contact for HubSpot-related tasks across departments.
- Ensure smooth execution and tracking of marketing and sales deliverables.
- Maintain alignment between teams by facilitating communication and syncing progress updates.
- Use HubSpot for campaign setup, contact management, reporting, automation workflows, and performance tracking.
- Prepare and maintain reports using Excel to support business insights and operational planning.
- Proactively identify gaps, delays, or misalignments and take initiative to resolve them.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working with HubSpot in an operational, marketing, or sales support capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized.
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
