Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Executive to manage outgoing bills and payments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling vendor payments, verifying invoices, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify invoices and payment requests.

Maintain records of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, and statements.

Coordinate with internal departments for invoice approvals and clarifications.

Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments (NEFT/RTGS).

Assist with month-end closing and provide reports as needed.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations (TDS/GST).

Assist in internal and external audits related to accounts payable.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.

Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally).

Good understanding of TDS, GST, and general accounting principles.

Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
