Job Requirements  Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or restaurants. Strong knowledge of guest service principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
