Inside Sales Manager

Visit our Website: Sales Manager will provide dedicated support for the wealth management and insurance products of the company by managing all aspects of the client coordination, implementation, application, underwriting and service processes. This role further involves gathering and tracking necessary information on liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, tax status, and financial objectives of clients / customer and managing regular communication and coordinating for meetings and follow ups. Additionally, the specialist will prospect within the existing book of business, assist in setting up client meetings, and handle overall service requests.

Role And Responsibilities
Application Management
• Gather required financial and medical information.
•Take applications through underwriting, ensuring completion of all paperwork and requirements.
• Maintain and follow up on production log to track applications and underwriting status.
Client Prospecting and Engagement
Project management portfolios with a focus on client / customer coordination and satisfaction
Setting up client meetings, follow ups, handle ongoing meeting coordination and provide the best-in-class service
Prepare illustrations for policy reviews, presentations and sales.
Service and Account Management
Timely premium payments and follow up coordination on any service requests.
• Follow up and collaborate with insurance companies and clients to complete any requested policy changes.
• Utilize online portals, phone and in person follow-ups to track and resolve service inquiries.
Daily Deliverable
Coordinate and follow up sales meetings with current and potential prospects.
Respond to client inquiries regarding existing policies or service requests.
Follow up on premium payments and address any issues as they arise.
Process all applications received and ensure required documents are collected.
