Key Responsibilities
US healthcare immediate joiners only.
Team and Process Management: Assistant manager
Lead and mentor an RCM team, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient resource utilization to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client deliverables.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in the revenue cycle.
RCM Operations:
Oversee billing and claims resubmission, retrieve necessary documents, and handle adjustments and credit balances.
- Resolve rejected and denied claims through corrections and appeals.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable, conducting follow-ups to minimize write-offs and optimize cash flow.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards within US healthcare.
Monitor quality, provide feedback, and conduct regular audits to maintain process accuracy and efficiency.
Staff Training and Development:
Provide training and support to staff on RCM systems and processes.
Develop and implement training programs and developmental plans to minimize staff attrition and boost engagement.
Client and Stakeholder Interaction:
Act as a point of contact for client communication, ensuring client expectations are met.
- Collaborate with internal departments like medical billing and denial management to resolve complex issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Several years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, particularly in US healthcare, is often required.
- Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, handle escalations, and manage performance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with RCM software, medical billing, claims management, and data analysis tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex customer inquiries and billing issues.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of US healthcare billing and claims processes, payer rules, and regulatory requirements.
