Role & Responsibilties:

- 1.Claims Processing:

- Submit accurate claims to insurance companies.

Monitor and track claim statuses.

Manage denials and re-submissions.

2.Billing:

- Generate and send patient invoices.

Ensure timely and accurate billing processes.

3.Payment Posting:

- Post payments from insurance companies and patients

Reconcile payments and ensure accuracy in records.

4.Patient Account Management:
Handle patient inquiries about billing and insurance.

Assist patients with payment plans and account resolution.

5.Insurance Verification:
Verify patient insurance coverage.

Update patient information and insurance details.

6.Reporting:
Prepare and analyze RCM reports.

Identify trends and provide insights for process improvement.

7.Compliance:
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.

Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.

8.Communication:

- Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients.

Resolve billing and payment discrepancies.

9.Training & Development:
Train new staff on RCM processes.

Keep up-to-date with changes in healthcare billing regulations.

Must Have Skills:

- 1. Knowledge of Medical Billing and Coding:
Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.

2.Familiarity with RCM Software:
Experience with software like Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar.

3.Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze billing and payment data to identify discrepancies.

4.Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy in claims processing and billing.

5.Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, providers, and insurers.

6.Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to resolve billing issues and payment discrepancies.

7.Understanding of Healthcare Regulations:
Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and other relevant regulations.

Good to Have Skills:

- 1.Certification:
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS).

2.Advanced Excel Skills:
Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.

3.Customer Service Experience:
Experience in handling patient inquiries and providing solutions.

4.Multilingual Abilities:
Ability to communicate in multiple languages, particularly Spanish.

5.Project Management:
Skills in managing projects to improve RCM processes.

6.Knowledge of Financial Systems:
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial management.

**Education**:

- 1.Minimum: H.S.C, Graduation

2.Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 1.Minimum: 2-3 years of experience in medical billing, coding, or healthcare administration.

2.Preferred: 4-5 years of experience in RCM roles within a healthcare setting. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and RCM software is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
