Job Title: Dubbing Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee our AI Dubbing Production team. This role involves leading a team of specialists, ensuring high-quality dubbing output, and driving innovation in AI-driven voice localization for global content.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the AI Dubbing team.
  • Project Management: Assign tasks and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
  • AI Dubbing Process: Oversee the end-to-end AI dubbing process, from script adaptation to final audio output.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, accuracy, and naturalness of AI-generated voiceovers.
  • Audio Quality: Monitor audio quality, lip-sync accuracy, and cultural adaptation in selected language(s).
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth integration with AI voice platforms.
  • Performance Optimization: Track team performance and optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Clients Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and localization preferences.
  • Progress Updates: Provide regular progress updates and manage client feedback.
  • Deliverables: Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and industry standards.
  • Process Improvement: Lead the team in exploring new AI dubbing techniques and enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Media, Linguistics, Audio Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in media localization or audio production is required.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Hindi language is required to ensure accurate dubbing quality and cultural adaptation for Hindi-speaking audiences.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of dubbing/media localisation industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Independence: Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ai Technology: Familiarity with AI dubbing platforms and speech synthesis technology.
  • Language Knowledge: Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
