Job Title: Service Now CMDB Developer (Contract – Remote, U. S. Hours) Contract Duration: 6 Months Location: Remote (Must be available during U. S. business hours) Overview: We are seeking two experienced Service Now Developers to support a major CMDB development and refresh initiative. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with Service Now development along with a solid background in Asset Management and CMDB best practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain CMDB components within the Service Now platform Support data modeling, CI class creation, and CMDB structure improvements Integrate asset and configuration data from various sources Assist with CMDB cleanup, normalization, reconciliation, and data quality initiatives Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions Troubleshoot Service Now CMDB issues and support ongoing maintenance Ensure alignment with ITIL and configuration management best practices Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on Service Now development experience Strong background in Asset Management and CMDB administration Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and CI lifecycle processes Familiarity with scripting in Service Now (Java Script, Glide Script) Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills
