Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating a development team.

- In-depth knowledge of React.js libraries (Redux, Hooks, Router) and testing frameworks (Cypress, Jest).

- Expertise in Node.js development and best practices.

- Solid understanding of AWS Serverless architecture and relevant services (AppSync, DynamoDB, Lambda, etc.

- Experience with GraphQL and Apollo Server is a significant advantage.

- Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively lead and mentor team members.

- Passion for building high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code.

- Experience working in an environment focused on data quality and integrity
