Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Tech Lead to join our data & reporting domain.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, and Google BigQuery.

The role requires excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of agile working processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of datalake solutions.

- Work closely with Enterprise solution architect and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Act as a technical advisor, providing guidance on architectural decisions and technical challenges within domain.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, staying updated on industry trends.

- Support and mentor a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery.

- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and regulatory Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

- A minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in the data field.

- Strong knowledge of GBQ and ETL tools is a must.

- A good knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus.

- Good knowledge of Google Vertex AI and OpenAI is a plus

- Good knowledge of such BI tools like Looker, Tableau, PowerBI is a plus

- Proficiency in development languages such as Python and R is a must; proficiency in other program languages such as PHP, Java, Matlab is a plus

- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.

- IaaS knowledge, specifically Google Cloud (must have).

- AWS, Azure is a plus

- Strong communication skills, ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong leadership, work ethics, problem solving skills and commitment to excellence.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proven experience leading and managing development teams with Agile framework.

- High level of English proficiency.

- Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
