Job Title: Business Transformation Lead – Supply Chain Management Role Summary: The Business Transformation Lead will drive strategic transformation initiatives across the Source-to-Deliver (S2 D) value chain. This role requires deep domain expertise in supply chain operations and a strong grasp of enabling technologies such as AI, automation, and analytics. The individual will act as a process architect and transformation partner, modernizing supply chains to improve service levels, cost efficiency, resilience, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment. Conduct as-is process assessments across demand planning, procurement, production, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation. Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities using structured analysis and process mining. Design future-state supply chain models leveraging digital platforms and advanced technologies. Collaborate with technology teams to align processes with tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle SCM Cloud, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Coupa). Define and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with business and sustainability goals. Build use cases and business cases for AI adoption (e.g., demand sensing, predictive inventory optimization). Define supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, cost-to-serve, forecast accuracy) and governance structures. Facilitate change management and enablement sessions across supply chain, procurement, and operations. Support sales and pre-sales teams with solutioning, effort estimation, and proposals. Required Skills: Functional Skills: 10+ years in supply chain consulting or operations. Expertise across: Demand Forecasting & Supply Planning Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Manufacturing & Production Scheduling Inventory & Warehouse Management Logistics & Transportation Management Order Management & Fulfillment Supplier Collaboration & Risk Management Sustainability & Compliance Strong understanding of supply chain KPIs and cost optimization. Experience in process redesign and shared services/global business services models. Familiarity with S& OP, IBP, and control tower models. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with platforms like SAP IBP, Oracle SCM Cloud, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Coupa. Awareness of RPA, Io T, blockchain, predictive analytics, AI/ML. Exposure to process mining, digital twins, and visibility tools (e.g., Celonis, o9 Solutions, Project44). Knowledge of ERP integrations and logistics systems. Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Visio, Power BI, Tableau. Soft Skills: Strong consulting and client engagement capabilities. Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Effective stakeholder management across global teams. Ability to lead transformation projects independently. Thought leadership and business development skills. Adaptability across industries and technology ecosystems.
