Lead transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and profitabilityCreate program visibility for the MD and stakeholders with timely updates on initiative progress, risksManage initiative-specific tracking for timelines, milestones, and deliverablesConsolidate and analyse data to provide actionable insights and accurate reporting as needed across modulesCreate and maintain dashboards and visualisations needed to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs like efficiency, cost takeout, etcDocument action items, minutes and key decisions from leadership connects to actively track to closure

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transformation Manager should have:

An MBA degree from a reputed B-School3+ years in consulting/ PMO rolesExperience in business planning with exposure to cross-functional teamsExpertise with relevant program management tools and softwareExpertise with analytical tools - excel, Power BI etc
