Position: Sales Executive
Location: Pune
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities :
1. Generate Sales Leads: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking events, referrals, cold calling, and online research.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing expert advice on EV leasing and financing options, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
3. Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the benefits of Eleride's EV leasing and financing solutions and addressing any inquiries or objections.
4. Customized Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and preferences, tailor leasing and financing packages to meet their specific needs, and negotiate terms and conditions to secure successful deals.
5. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads and opportunities, track sales activities, update customer information in the CRM system, and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to electric vehicles, leasing, and financing, and leverage insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless communication, alignment of goals, and timely execution of sales initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the automotive, leasing, or financial services industry.
- Understanding of electric vehicles, sustainability, and the evolving mobility landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
