Front Desk Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Front Desk: Handling EPBAX.
- Answering all Incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Connect outgoing / conference calls on request.
- Upkeep of the Front desk area. Keep front desk tidy and presentable.
- Keeping record of all extension numbers, key Persons contacts, Emergency contact. and nearby food outlet numbers which should be handy at all times.
- Receive letters, courier packages, material etc. and direct them to concerned Individuals.
- Maintain a record of courier / Material inward & outward by updating the courier and material registers on real time basis. Monitor office supplies & place orders whenever necessary post seeking approvals.
- Ensure attendance register of support staff is maintained on real time basis
Requirements & Qualifications:
• 0- 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical competitive intelligence.
• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational, time management and priority setting skills, and the flexibility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think critically, work independently or collaboratively within a team as required and follow instructions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
