- Conduct pre Screening Interviews & Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Communicating necessary information to candidates
- Coordinate with various department
Managing background and reference checks
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
PreferredEducation & Experience
MBA (HR )
Experience - 6– 8 years
Skill Set & Competencies
- Proven work experience as NON IT Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Basic understanding on the technical skill set
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
