Job Description:

Marketing Automation Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement automated marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, website).2. Segment target audiences and personalize marketing messages for maximum impact.3. Develop lead nurturing workflows to convert prospects to customers efficiently.4. Manage and maintain the marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Act-on).5. Work with extended marketing teams and marketing tool/platform providers to create a single view of the customer.6. Analyze campaign performance data and identify and report areas for improvement periodically.7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and generate better results for the organization.8. Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing automation trends and best practices.9. Ability to analyze data and report on campaign performance.10. Experience with A/B testing and optimization.11. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements:

1. MBA with marketing specialization or equivalent with good communication skills.2. Minimum experience should be 4-8 years in Marketing.3. Experience with marketing automation platforms and social media tools is a must.4. Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues cross-functional teams, and third parties.5. A passionate and result-oriented marketing, marketing professional with hands-on technology expertise in multiple facets of marketing.6. Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)7. Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics).8. Experience in a B2B marketing environment and managing marketing vendors.9. Experience in vendor management
